Over the years I have come to explore more the concepts of boundaries and boundlessness, wildness and domestication. These aspects can be brought into a session indoors, but I do also offer therapy outdoors. Allowing the more than human and the other than human aspects of the world and those within ourselves can bring creativity and clarity to us and any situation we might find ourselves in. It is all too easy to get caught up in a 'heady' space, trying to work things out when another approach may be more fruitful.
If you feel you might like to explore therapy outdoors, please discuss this with me. It may be for an occasional session or for a series. I also offer supervision outdoors. Sometimes being with issues from your practice outdoors can bring a different perspective.
I have completed a one year training in 'Wild' Therapy. I have also completed a foundation year practitioner training in shamanic studies as well as other shamanic courses and experiences which I draw on to enhance this work.
